WYD 2008 was truly perfect from the moment we arrived until the sad moment we left. Everything, including our contact person for Unitours, not only met my expectations but soared way past them. Our entire experience of putting ourselves in your capable hands was more than perfect. There is not one thing I would change. As we walked along the city streets of Sydney, the day after the Holy Father told us the next WYD would be in Madrid, we immediately spoke of you and agreed we would ask you to manage our group once again for WYD11.
This is the second time I have been on pilgrimage with Unitours and both times have been wonderful. I'm already looking forward to the third. I think it will be that much more important to get a jump on the upcoming WYD for availability as close to the sites as possible. Thank you again Rita....we couldn't have done it without you.

The entire trip went smoothly and World Youth Day in Sydney was fantastic. Thank you and EVERYONE at Unitours for flawlessly arranging our WYD pilgrimage.
We want to especially thank you for all the renegotiations you did for us last October and November when the US & world economy went into an upheaval. You kept everything within reason for us, and we will always be grateful to Unitours for saving our trip.
So, prayerful thanks for everything you and Unitours did in arranging our WYD pilgrimage, it will be a time that each and everyone in our group will remember in so many ways for the many years to come.

Dear Rita,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you, Unitours, and your local folks, Encore for a wonderful experience at the Metro Hotel Sydney Central in Sydney for World Youth Day. Our group of 21 was so thankful to be in this fabulous Pitt St. location, central to all of the WYD venues. We also appreciated a full, hot breakfast each morning and the buffet supper after the Papal Mass on July 20 - the pilgrims were really thankful to have that hot meal in the hotel after a grueling couple of days.
Thanks again for everything - we are looking forward to hearing more about Madrid soon!

Hi Rita,

We had a wonderful trip. Sydney was better organized than Toronto or Germany, it was amazing. Even leaving Randwick Race Track after the Papal Mass Vigil was organized and seamless. Our hotel was perfectly situated. It was directly on the pilgrimage route to Randwick so we were able to do two-thirds of the walk without our heavy backpacks, stop for breakfast at the hotel and then continue on…we were very fortunate.
It was a great experience. I’m looking forward to Spain. Hope all is well with you. Keep me posted on upcoming news about Spain in the next couple of years!

We did indeed have a wonderful time. It was long, tiring and spiritually beneficial. In general all were very pleased with the arrangements you made for us. Our hotel was fine and centrally located for the activities. Iris, who met us at the Sydney airport, remained at the hotel and saw us off on the return was very helpful. The next WYD is in Madrid (August 15-21). That should be simple after this trip!
