Having been a US Navy pilot for 22 years and an airline captain for another 13 years I was able to judge his driving skills. Very smooth power control, steering, alertness, and friendly. Maddalena said he would park to let us off the bus in places other drivers would not attempt. I told him he would make an excellent aircraft pilot too!
