Sample Itinerary

All of our Marian Pilgrimages can be customized to the desires of your particular group. Listed below is a sample itinerary to give you a better feel for a “typical” pilgrimage.

Day 1: Travel to Lisbon

Day 2: Lisbon & Fatima

We arrive in Lisbon for a short orientation tour before we continue to Fatima. On our way, we will celebrate Mass at the Church of the Eucharistic Miracle at Santerem. We take the rest of the day to relax.

Day 3: Fatima

We have Mass at the Chapel of the Apparition and we visit the Basilica and Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima and the birthplaces of the children. At night, we join the Rosary and candlelight procession.

Day 4: Fatima & Santiago de Compostela

We travel northwards into Spain to Santiago de Compostela to see one of the most famous shrines and the site of the ancient pilgrimage route of St. James. While here, we explore the Cathedral and Old City.

Day 5: Santander

We start the day with Mass at the Cathedral of Santiago and then head east to Santander along one of the many “Routes of St. James.” During our journey, you will enjoy wonderful scenery of mountains and the sea along the northern Spanish seacoast.

Day 6: Lourdes

We celebrate mass at a local parish before continuing along the Basque coast crossing the Pyrenees into France and Lourdes. We will join the Torchlight Pilgrim’s Procession during the evening.

Day 7: Lourdes

We begin our day with Mass before a walking tour of Lourdes and the Shrine of Lourdes. We have the afternoon free for private devotions or to visit the legendary healing waters of the Lourdes spring. We will join the candlelight procession during the evening.

Day 8: Lourdes & Paris

Before flying to Paris, we will celebrate mass. After the flight, we have the rest of the day to explore the sights and shops of Paris at our own leisure.

Day 9: Paris

We will have Mass at the Miraculous Medal Shrine then take a tour that includes visits to the Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cite and a stop at the Holy Chapel, which is believed to hold pieces of wood from the Cross of Calvary. We will also pass by the iconic Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and travel down the famous Champs-Elysees. The afternoon is free for us to sightsee on our own.

Day 10: Travel Home to USA
